Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) has been constituted by The Government of Bihar to empower the youth by providing them with requisite skills to fuel the growth of the State of Bihar.

The primary roles of BSDM are:

• To establish a wide network of training centers for the youth.
• To provide employment opportunities to the youth.

We are working as a TRAINING PARTNER in a unique skill training program ‘KUSHAL YUVA PROGRAM’ launched by BIHAR SKILL DEVELOPMENT MISSION (BSDM). We are enhancing the employability skill of all aspirants in the age group of 15 – 35 Years in Jehanabad, Gaya, Arwal, Rohtas, Kaimur and Bhojpur.

Under this program, Soft Skills training would comprise of Life skills, Communications Skills (English & Hindi) and Basic computer literacy which in turn would enhance their employability and act as a value-add to the various domain-specific training endeavors currently being implemented in Bihar.

Shubh Enterprises has been organizing different activities to spread awareness through different events like promoting Girl Child Education and Human Chain Rally against dowry system. We have also implemented small events for Swacch Bharat around multiple centers in Pan Bihar students Joined Together in Removing the Posters, Whitewash the walls, Draw the outline, Paint the walls with Social related Messages and Pictures. We are trying our best to contribute to Swachh Bharat Abhiyan to make India clean and green.
