Rajasthan is the first State in India to establish a Mission on Livelihoods. In order to address the challenges of unemployment and ensuring gainful and sustainable employment to the youth of the state, Hon’ble Chief Minister created Rajasthan Mission on Livelihood (RMoL) in September 2004. The objective of creation of RMoL was to formulate appropriate and innovative strategies to promote and facilitate large scale livelihoods for the poor and vulnerable people of the state.
Regular Skill Training Programme (RSTP) is a short term livelihoods based programme and has been the foundation of skill development initiatives in the State since 2005-06. The scheme has been revised for imparting skill trainings to unemployed women, youth, eunuch (MTH), persons with special ability (PSA), inmates of jails, juvenile homes, nari niketans leading to their self – employment or establishment of entrepreneurial enterprise or wage employment for livelihoods generation. The revised guidelines shall come into effect from 01.01.2018 with new cost norms. Proposals are invited from interested training institutions/ organizations for setting up Skill Development Centers (SDC) for conducting skill training programs for women, youth, eunuch (MTH), persons with special ability (PSA), inmates of jails, juvenile homes, Nari Niketans of Rajasthan. We are involved in garments marketing and multi- skills section. It is one of the monstrous and successful projects of us.
We are involved as an INDUSTRY PARTNER for UPGRADATION OF GOVERNMENT ITIs under Public Private Partnership Scheme. Under this scheme, Shubh is the member of the Institute Management Committee (IMC) & playing the lead role process of upgradation of ITIs.
Activity & Role’s Play by IMC (Shubh Enterprises):
- Assessing emerging skill requirements in the region and implement in training courses being run in the ITI.
- Starting short-term training courses and creating infrastructure for NCVT trades.
- Reviewing training needs and approve the training of instructors and of administrative/office staff.
- Facilitating placement of ITI graduates.
- Generate, retain and utilize the revenue.
- Appointed contract faculty as per need.
